I totally loved this book, and one of the reasons I loved it is because of the author's suspense. Told in the first person, Phillip E. I read this easily in one weekend because it was expertly written and engaging. The plot never lagged, which was impressive because first-time authors usually struggle with pacing. The hero, Grant Davis, is multi-layered, and the author avoids any cliches that would distract from the plot. While I liked the mystery behind everything, I particularly enjoyed the depth of the story. I was able to empathize with Grant's troubles, and the book made me ask myself crucial questions about my own life.

What a book!! I read this book in two days as I did not want to stop reading. Seems every character that was introduced just had me wanting to know what was up. I love books that I can get lost in. This was definitely one of them. I'm already thinking of getting the book for my son. He loves books like this as much as I do. So if you are looking for a page turner, this is it! ENJOY!
